The purpose of this partnership is to promote the continued training, counseling, mentoring and success of local businesses in South Alabama.  We are asking for your support in this venture by attending this event. 

Contacts and Contracts, (formerly known as Diversity Business Network) is a program offered through The Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce.

Contacts and Contracts is a quarterly business development networking event for small business owners and entrepreneurs to meet with others to promote their companies, as well as meet and hear from representatives from large corporations or governmental agencies about their supplier needs and bidding procedures.  

The speaker on February 18th will be Michael Hicks, President/CEO of Hixardt Technologies, an SBA 8a certified minority-owned business.  Mr. Hicks will discuss how in less than a decade, he turned a small start-up company into a multi-million dollar enterprise and his plans for the continued growth of the business through strategic planning and partnerships. 

Come out and celebrate our leaders of yesterday and today at the Black History Museum located on the Campus of Bishop State Community College.  

There is no charge to attend, but reservations are requested.
